As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can track your package on the carrier’s website. You can also find your tracking number by logging into the QuickMD app and clicking on your order.
For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking, we recommend signing up for alerts directly with the shipping carrier:
- FedEx: Consider signing up for a free FedEx Delivery Manager account and downloading the FedEx Delivery Manager app.
- UPS: Consider signing up for a free UPS My Choice account.
By signing up with the carrier, you can receive up-to-date messages about where your package is in transit, as well as place requests for the carrier to hold your package at one of their local facilities.
