If you are disposing of your medication with the intent of replacing it (for instance, because you received the wrong medication), we require a clear video as evidence before processing a new order.
The video should include:
- Footage showing the medication inside the bottle before disposal.
- The actual moment of the medication being placed into the disposal bin at the designated location.
